You asked, we answered. Your favorite virtual programs from summer and fall 2020 are available this spring! Check out our spring virtual camp line up:

Elementary & Middle School

Virtual STEAM Course with Black Rocket: Campers ages 8 through 14 will have a chance to grow their knowledge of technology while creating new worlds in various Black Rocket programs. Every program is powered by the camper’s innate imagination and designed to bring their ideas to life in a fun, hands-on learning environment. All Black Rocket programs mirror real-life experiences and the collaborative nature game design, coding, and digital art.

Korean Culture and Language Courses: The Korean After-School Culture & Language Classes are designed for beginners who want to learn Korean language as non-Korean speakers. The focus of the classes will be on developing both speaking and listening skills. Students will acquire knowledge of the phonetics, vocabulary and basic expressions for daily conversation. Students will also be introduced to various aspects of Korean culture through fun activities such as K-pop and games. Each class is customized to meet the diverse developmental needs of learners. Because this is a grant funded program, this is free to all students. Space is limited.

High School

Virtual Pencil Drawing: These courses teach students how to pay close attention to detail and translate their perceptions into their own picture. Learn step by step techniques for drawing objects from observation. At the end of the course, students will be able to learn to interpret images to improve their drawing skills and learn essential tools and materials for rendering. This 6-week course will meet once a week for two hours.
