Develop Your Skills. Become A Leader.
At Auburn Youth Programs, our mission is to give participants the opportunity to further their education and develop skills while making new friends and experiencing life at Auburn University!
We host so many camps each year to promote skill development, and we want to highlight a few skill building camps available for summer 2021:
ACT Boot Camp is an all-inclusive test prep program that provides students with the tools they need to prepare for, and excel on, the ACT test. Students will receive in-depth review of the exam materials, insight into strategies for succeeding on standardized tests, a comprehensive study plan, and extended online support
21st CCLC focuses on providing students with information and skills that will allow them to work successfully in 21st CCLC programs. Students will further their math, writing, and reading skills, as well as learn about the natural sciences through hands-on experiences in the classroom and in the field. Students will learn to combine nature studies with art, music, and literature.
The World Affairs Youth Seminar is conducted by faculty, staff, and students from Auburn’s College of Education and members of the Persistent Issues in History Network, and uses the Model United Nations forum to examine global issues in a real world context. Participants assume the role of country delegates and strive to accurately represent the viewpoints of their assigned country in daily MUN General Assembly sessions
